A regularly scheduled oral hygiene routine is the best way to protect your dogs teeth from oral disease and tooth loss and is recommended by veterinarians. It is estimated that by the time they are 2 years old, 80% of dogs begin to show signs of oral disease. Ultrasonic tooth cleaning as part of a regularly scheduled routine can avoid the need to take your dog to the vet for a professional cleaning, which can only be achieved with full anaesthesia. Neglecting your dog’s dental health can have other serious health implications, as bacteria from a dental infection can result in other organs being compromised, including the heart valves and kidneys.

Before and after results from

one session on a very well behaved dog

We use an ultrasound toothbrush and a specially formulated ultrasonic toothpaste. the brush is held against the teeth/gums rather than brushing allowing your pet's teeth to be cleaned gently without the irritation  and noise. The ultrasounds reach deep below the gum line to kill germs and bacteria and cleans the teeth and gums to prevent the build up of plaque and tartar.

Effectively combats:

• Gingivitis and periodontitis

• Oral cavity diseases

• Plaque and tartar build up

• Bad breath

Our sessions are £30 for a 30 minute session.

Please note - should your dog's teeth be significantly scaled we would recommend that you seek veterinary attention initially for a dental descale under anesthetic before starting a regular ultrasound program.
